We are pleased to provide several meeting location options within the APAIE Conference and Exhibition space.
Within the Exhibition Hall
Enjoy a barista coffee whilst undertaking your formal meetings or just catch up with colleagues in some comfy lounge seating. We are pleased to provide 2 Barista Lounges sponsored by AMET and Hanyang University respectively, conveniently located within the expo hall. Towards the front of the expo hall is the Sustainability Lounge – another great location for meetings or to get ideas on how you may improve your own sustainability practices. This is in addition to the spacious networking area at the back of the hall where lunch is served. These are all available throughout exhibition hours.
Seeking a quiet meeting location?
If you want a break from the energetic buzz of the exhibition hall or are just after a more relaxed and quiet area for your meetings, or perhaps you just want to chill-out, then you are after the Networking Lounge on The bridge that connects the Exhibition centre to the conference centre. Open during conference hours (same as exhibition hours).
Private meeting room bookings
To book a meeting room for you own use, please enquire via registration@APAIEconference.net. Once onsite, please see the team at the registration and information counter with any meeting room booking queries.
