Registration Fees

All amounts are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

1.  Evidence of full-time student status at the time of the Conference will be required.

2.  Those eligible to register at the speaker rate will be provided a code to enter in the "Presenter Code" field to claim the presenter rate.  The code will be provided to the coordinator in the acceptance email.

Registration fees include: 

• All conference sessions
• Plenaries (Opening & Keynote, Global Dialogue, Closing)
• Access to Exhibition
• First-Timers' session
• Lunches and morning and afternoon breaks as scheduled
• 1 ticket to the APAIE Welcome Reception

Social

Delegate tickets for the APAIE Welcome Reception held on Tuesday 25 March 2025 are included in the registration fee.  Additional guest tickets can be purchased when registering for $65. (limited to 1 guest per delegate)

Pre-Conference Workshops

The pre-conference workshops take place on Monday 24 March 2025 at the conference venue, the India International Convention & Expo Centre (IICC).  Registration for the workshops is an additional $100 per workshop, details of the workshop program will be available in November.

• Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the APAIE 2025 event.
• All prices are in United States Dollars.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy due to visa application being declined:

• As APAIE recognizes the difficulties in the different stages to gaining a business – conference visa if you DO NOT have your visa application approved, we will offer you a full refund of you registration fees.

Cancellation for other reasons:

• If you cancel your registration prior to 17 February 2025 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $100. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.
• If for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the APAIE 2025 event is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
• The Privacy Act 1988 provides that, before your name and contact details can be published in a list of participants you must give your consent.  If you select ‘Yes, I do want my details to be included in the list of participants’ on the registration form or by email, your details may be distributed to:

a)    APAIE 2025 event delegates, sponsors and exhibitors (note that if consent is given to have your details included in the List of Participants, it is likely that sponsors may add you to their mailing lists and send promotional emails to you)             

b)    Organisers of future Asia-Pacific Association for International Education events

• If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, the APAIE 2025 event is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
• By registering for the APAIE 2025 event you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the APAIE 2025 event, in which you may appear, to be used by the Association in promotion of the APAIE 2025 event.
• By registering for the APAIE 2025 event, you are consenting for your data to be used as per the “Personal Data Collected” terms below. If you decide against your data being used, your registration will be cancelled less the cancellation fee above.

Personal Data Collected

• We ask for your personal data to facilitate your participation in this event. Your data will be used solely for this event and under no circumstances be sold or used for other purposes.
• Your personal data will be automatically anonymised 24 months after the conclusion of this event.

Information Presented at the APAIE 2025 event

The information presented at the APAIE 2025 event is solely intended for Education Professionals. 

You understand and agree that you are being provided with the information for educational and informational purposes only and that information will be provided to educate you on the latest educational advancements. 

You understand and agree that whilst the content is accessible worldwide, some content may be applicable to particular regions only, such as Australia and New Zealand. 

Although the Association strives to present only current and accurate information at its APAIE 2025 event, you agree not to solely rely on this information or consider it to be any form of professional advice without additional independent review of its accuracy, completeness, efficacy, and timeliness. Any decisions as to how you use this information is in your sole discretion and the Association will not be liable for any issues that may arise from such use. 

Participant Conduct

• You will conduct yourself in a professional manner that is free from any form of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.
• You will treat all participants with respect and consideration to create a collegial, respectful, inclusive, and professional environment at the APAIE 2025 event both in person and virtually.

Legal Claim 

• This agreement is subject to the law of Australia. In the event of any legal claims arising from either party, Australia shall be the sole court of jurisdiction.

Program 

• APAIE reserves the right to modify the program, which is published as an indication only.

Recordings 

• APAIE plans to record limited presentations at the APAIE 2025 event, access to these sessions will be provided to attendees.
• I acknowledge that photographs and/or videos may be taken of me and other attendees at any time during the APAIE 2025 event and may be used in media, including websites and print publications.
